Can I use my Hard Rock Cafe Gift Card to make online purchases for merchandise from the Rock Shop?

Hard Rock Gift Cards are only redeemable in-restaurant and in-store at participating Hard Rock Cafe locations. They cannot be redeemed for online purchases.

How long will it take for my Hard Rock Gift Card to arrive?

Electronic Gift Cards are sent digitally, within in several minutes after your order is approved and submitted. Physical Gift Cards can be sent via regular US Mail, which can take up to 5-7 business days to receive. Additional options to expedite delivery include USP Priority and FedEx overnight. If you need something in a hurry, we recommend choosing the Electronic Gift Card option

Does the Hard Rock Cafe Gift Card expire or have any fees?

Gift Cards do not expire and are not subject to any maintenance or dormancy fees.

Gift Cards can be purchased online for values starting as low as $10, up to $250, in $5 increments.

What if I lose or misplace my Hard Rock Gift Card?

Gift Cards are treated the same as cash and cannot be replaced or refunded if lost or stolen.
