Way back in 1990 when our founder, Charlie Zhang, opened the first Pick Up Stix®, people came from miles around for his incredible House Special Chicken. There was just something about the succulent taste of tender chicken in a caramelized white wine sauce with garlic, soy and green onions wok'd fresh to order over a roaring fire.

They couldn't get enough of it. Well, Pick Up Stix has grown a lot since then and so has our menu. But folks are still addicted to our House Special Chicken. And our Orange Peel Chicken.
